We have started looking into PQL recently at the company I work and trying to figure our best indicators to use.

We are running a lot of models with analytics team.

Do you suggest using one of the tools you mentioned (like correlated or pocus) instead?

If so, which do you recommend the most and why?

How you chart your PQL journey likely depends on a lot of factors. Using a tool may be the answer BUT it comes with its own set of challenges too.

There is likely a lot of product data that you might already be collecting which can be leveraged to run some PQL experiments. This can be used to validate what works for you and the appetite of various departments.

Great framework.

I believe it can be further simplified down to the ratio of Funnel growth / Sales Team; If it starts to exceed 20-30 per sales person (at any stage) its time to invest in automating PQL/PQA. Investing in the Data Infrastructure and getting alignment then becomes necessary.
